We want you to love your Auré. If you don't, returns are simple.

90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Use your Auré 7-in-1 LED Facial Sculptor consistently (about 5 sessions per week) for up to 90 days from delivery. If you're not satisfied with your results, email support@shopaure.store within 90 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price — no forms, no hoops.

How to start a return

Email support@shopaure.store with your order number and reason. We reply within 1–2 business days with instructions and the return address. Please don't ship anything back before contacting us.

Conditions

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
• For hygiene reasons, the Activating Conductive Gel can only be returned unopened, unless it arrived damaged or defective.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer, except for damaged, defective, or incorrect items — in those cases we cover everything.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

Email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice, at no cost to you.

Order cancellations

You can cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships (usually within 24 hours of purchase).

EU & UK customers — 14-day right of withdrawal

If you're in the EU or UK, you also have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, independent of our 90-day guarantee. Email us within 14 days of receiving your order to exercise it.
