Returns: Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition. To start a return, email global.aure@gmail.com with your order number.

Refunds: Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items: If anything arrives damaged or wrong, send us a photo and we'll replace it free of charge.
