Here's how to follow your Auré order every step of the way.

As soon as your order ships (within 1–2 business days), we email you a tracking number and tracking link. Click the link in that email at any time for live status updates.

Can't find your shipping confirmation email? Check your spam folder, or email us at support@shopaure.store with your order number (e.g. #1001) and we'll send your tracking link within 24 hours on business days.
