Shipping Policy

Cost: Free tracked shipping on every order.

Processing: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Estimated delivery times

Europe: 5–9 business days
United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
Rest of world: 10–20 business days

Estimates start from dispatch, not from the order date. During busy periods (holidays, sales) delivery can take a few days longer.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can also use our Track Your Order page.

Delays or lost packages

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email support@shopaure.store with your order number — we'll track it down, and if it's lost we'll reship it or refund you in full.

Customs & duties

Most orders ship without extra charges. If your country applies import duties or taxes, these are the customer's responsibility unless shown and paid at checkout.
