Processing — Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours on business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Delivery times
- Europe: 5–9 business days
- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
- United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
Delivery windows are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to customs. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email global.aure@gmail.com and we'll track it down.
Customs & duties — EU orders ship duty-paid. For other regions, any import duties or taxes are the recipient's responsibility where applicable.
