We want you to love your Auré. Every Auré 7-in-1 LED Facial Sculptor is backed by our 90-day money-back guarantee. Use it consistently and, if you are not happy with how your skin looks and feels, contact us within 90 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

EU & UK statutory right of withdrawal — If you live in the EU or UK, you also have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.

How to start a return — Email global.aure@gmail.com with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is confirmed; please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.

Damaged or faulty items — If your device arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us and we'll arrange a free replacement or refund. The device is also covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
