Do I really need a conductive gel?
For EMS mode, yes — microcurrent needs a water-based conductive layer to reach the muscle. Without it you'll feel much less and get less.
Can I use my own serum instead?
Any lightweight, water-based serum works. Avoid oils — they block the current. Our gel is tuned for glide, conductivity and hydration in one.
Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
